Our Story

ShakaPaws Pet Services was founded in 2019 by our CEO, Lauren. Lauren was a Veterinary Assistant for 3 years when she started services through a popular Pet Service app. When she built enough clientele, she founded ShakaPaws!

The business was challenged in 2020 due to the Pandemic and the constant lifestyle changes many were faced with. She continued the business with merchandise, educational newsletters and staying connected to her clients.

Lauren took the hard decision to pause the business in 2022 due to finding out she was expecting her son but always kept ShakaPaws on her mind!

Fast forward to April 1st, 2025 - ShakaPaws is back! With the help of Kiani, Yohan and Dane - Lauren was able to bring ShakaPaws back to life to serve the Las Vegas Community.

Over the past year, our team has dedicated our time to serving many pets and their owners across all areas of Las Vegas - including Summerlin, Henderson and Centennial areas! We attend local markets monthly to build our Ohana and show up for our community.
