You are at least 18 years old or using the service under the supervision of a legal guardian.

You are legally authorized to book services for the pet(s) listed in your request.

Bookings and Appointments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by ShakaPaws Pet Services.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, weather conditions, or operational issues.
Cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, in accordance with our Cancellation Policy listed in the Dog Walking Agreement, Drop-in Agreement, or Pet Sitting Agreement.

Client Responsibilities

By booking a service, you agree to:

Provide truthful and complete information about your pet(s), including behavior, health conditions, and special needs.
Ensure your pet(s) are up to date on vaccinations required for specific services (e.g., grooming, boarding, daycare).
Not leave false or misleading information that may endanger staff, other pets, or your pet.

User Accounts and Privacy

When you submit a booking inquiry:

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We use secure, encrypted systems to store your information and will never sell or share your personal details without consent, except as required by law.

Payments

Pricing for services is displayed on the website and may vary by location or special requests.
Payment is required at time of booking (Pet Sitting Deposit) or upon service delivery, depending on the service.
Failure or refusal to provide payment by last service day or agreed date will result in No Service Allowed until previous payment is received. Depending on the severity of this condition, ShakaPaws Pet Services may pursue legal action, and the client will be blacklisted.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated clearly before confirmation.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of ShakaPaws Pet Services or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
