**All first-time clients require a complimentary 30 minute meet and greet before booking!
Complimentary Meet and Greet
ShakaPaws requires any first-time clients to book a complimentary meet and greet so we and your pets can get acquainted. This allows you and your pets to meet a team member before the booked service!
The Meet and Greet is a minimum 30 minutes and is completely free! Once you fill out our Inquiry form with information about the service requested, we will reach out and find the earliest date to schedule the meet and greet.
Pet Sitting Deposit
There is a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit when booking a pet sitting service. This deposit goes towards the service and will be due during the meet and greet.
